Steve Jones
The founder of LFPT served in 7 RHA and has been
a personal trainer for 5 years, and is also an ambassador
for Red Bull. All of my current clients are long term
and have reached great fitness levels through their
training. I strongly believe that training outside is
more enjoyable, offers a wider variety of workout and
gets you fitter. Personal training in London is a serious
job and needs serious trainers who are dedicated and
physically capable to get results. Our trainers are
highly qualified, in great physical condition, and have
to adhere to certain training techniques to work for
LFPT.
Elisabeth
van Swinderen

dedicated to her work and helping her clients. She has
a broad client base ranging from top athletes to professional

vary from sports, deep tissue and Swedish massage. She
has successfully treated post surgical patients in their
rehabilitation process.
If
you require treatment for a sports injury, back/ neck
pain, arm/ leg pain or just to relax your tensed muscles,
Elisabeth will be able to come directly to you or you
are welcome to come to one of her treatment rooms in
clinics located in Fulham, Bayswater, and at the Roger

Tristan Smith
This trainer is definitely the muscle behind LFPT. He
is a keen body builder who can also run at a good pace.
He has worked in gyms in Guernsey, France, and in the
UK. He is experienced in self-defense, and has been
involved in the fitness industry for 9 years. He helped
design the LFPT New To Training Programme, and at the
moment he is helping set up LFPT North Wales.
