Training can be done at your home, in a local park,
or at the Roger Gracie Academy in Ladbroke Grove. The
most popular Parks we train in are Hyde Park, Battersea
Park, Clapham Common, Green Park, St James's Park, Regent's
Park, and Primrose Hill. The rock climbing strength
training is best done in Battersea Park, Hampstead Heath,
or Primrose Hill. This is because we need pull up bars
to hang our equipment off.
